DATA COLLECTION, TREATMENT AND SHARING
The following personal information will be collected by dōTERRA Cosméticos do Brasil Ltda. (“dōTERRA”) during your registration process for the dōTERRA Brasil 2020 Convention (“Event”): Full name, social security number, gender, electronic address (e-mail), address (zip code, street name, number, complement, municipality, state and country) and mobile phone number with local code (“Personal Information”).
By registering for the Event, you agree that Personal Information may be used for the following purposes:
a) process your activities at the Event, such as, but not limited to, registering, participating in promotional campaigns, sending you recaps/videos, forwarding content presented at the Event;
b) general communication, including offer you information about our events and to answer your questions and comments;
c) send a newsletter and advertisements regarding our activities that may be of interest to you. You can choose not to receive this information and request to cancel in the future. All of the contents sent to you will contain instructions for cancellation;
d) make the content of the Event available, after its completion, in our virtual learning environment;
e) centralize information on courses taken, attendance in conventions/meetings, associated data, interactions and services, in order to have a wide perspective of your relationship with dōTERRA;
f) develop statistical studies to support dōTERRA decisions, offers and dissemination of statistical data.
You agree that it may be necessary for dōTERRA to give access to your Personal Information to selected service providers, third parties, software providers and suppliers in order to develop its operations and promote the Event. In its contracts with commercial partners, dōTERRA requires compliance with the applicable legal rules, as well as enforces confidentiality restrictions.
You agree that your Personal Information may be transferred to a country other than Brazil, at which time the transfer will be made to locations with similar and appropriate levels of data protection.
